Congratulations to First Exchange Bank Board of Directors Member Mark Mangano on his appointment by Governor Jim Justice to the West Virginia Board of Treasury Investments!
The West Virginia Board of Treasury Investments provides prudent investment management for the State’s short-term operating funds. The Board consists of five members. The Governor, State Treasurer, and State Auditor serve by virtue of their offices with two additional members appointed by the Governor. All board members are required to maintain extensive experience in state government and financial administration.
Mark has been a member of First Exchange Bank’s Board of Directors since 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in community banking and financial services, serving as the President and CEO of a community bank for over 20 years. Mark is currently Counsel with Jackson Kelly PLLC practicing with the Banking industry group in their Morgantown office.
