First Exchange Bank is pleased to announce the election of Adam Boyers to their Board of Directors.
Adam is a life-long resident of Marion County, and is the Vice President and General Manager of Middletown Tractor Sales in Fairmont, WV.
Boyers started his career at Middletown Tractor Sales in 1992 as a delivery driver. He worked his way up through various positions, and was eventually promoted to Vice President and General Manager in 1997. During his tenure at Middletown Tractor Sales, Adam has been instrumental in expanding the company into a multi-state John Deere dealer. For his accomplishments, Boyers was awarded the West Virginia SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2004, and the West Virginia SBA Small Business Success of the Year Award in 2010. He has also received other recognitions including being named one of Corridor Magazine’s Top 20 Under 40.

Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from West Virginia University, where he graduated with Cum Laude honors. During his time at WVU, he was a member of the wrestling team and received numerous awards for his achievements both in and out of the classroom.
In addition to his work at the Middletown Tractor Sales, Boyers is a very active member of the community. He continues to be involved with wrestling, and has served as the Assistant Wrestling Coach at East Fairmont High School since 2001 and as the Head Wrestling Coach at East Fairmont Middle School since 2014.

Mr. Boyers and his wife Cortney reside in Fairmont with their sons Blake and Maddox.
