January 2015: First Exchange Bank is excited to announce its 20th Annual Groundhog Day Breakfast on February 2, 2015. The theme for this year is education.
First Exchange Bank will be highlighting its Partners in Education, and featuring Dr. E. Gordon Gee, President of West Virginia University as the keynote speaker. “We are a community bank, and this event is an opportunity for us to celebrate the great relationships that we have built over the years.” said First Exchange Bank President and CEO, Bill Goettel. “We are particularly excited about this year.” He continued. “Dr. Gee is a nationally respected educator and a great representative of our passion for education.”
First Exchange Bank has been a Partner in Education with numerous schools throughout Marion, Monongalia, and Wetzel Counties for well over 20 years. “We are firm believers in the concept that a strong education system is the foundation of a strong community.
