David Goldberg and Seth Wilson Elected to First Exchange Bank’s Board of Directors

White Hall, West Virginia – October 3rd, 2024 – First Exchange Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of David Goldberg and Seth Wilson to their Board of Directors.

David Goldberg is the President and CEO of Mon Health System and Executive Vice President of Vandalia Health. Mr. Goldberg has more than 20 years of senior healthcare leadership experience. In his current position, David’s main role is to guide the strategy, level of investment, program development, and stability of quality care delivery for Vandalia Health North, which is comprised of Mon Health System, Davis Health System, and other regional managed hospitals across north central West Virginia. David also serves as one of the three executive vice presidents for Vandalia Health, West Virginia’s second largest health system delivering care in five states. Mr. Goldberg earned his master’s degree in health systems management from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from West Virginia University.

Seth Wilson is a Partner at the law firm of Bowles Rice LLP. Seth serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee and focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, energy, banking, commercial business, and tax and estate planning. He is admitted to practice in West Virginia and Pennsylvania and divides his time between the firm’s offices in Morgantown, West Virginia, and Southpointe, Pennsylvania. Mr. Wilson has a bachelor’s degree and juris doctor from West Virginia University
