We understand that the downtown area is a vital part of the community, and we want to do our part in keeping it strong. After careful consideration of the needs of our Mannington customers, our staff, and our bank, First Exchange Bank is excited to announce that we plan on maintaining our current branch at 11 West Main Street while investing in significant renovations to the branch. Our goal is to play an important role in the continued growth and success of the Mannington area.
As part of our commitment to downtown Mannington, we plan to improve your overall customer experience through a branch renovation by enhancing the appearance and functionality of our current Mannington location, while also providing an improved banking experience for you. We understand that during this process there may be some inconveniences, such as construction noise and limited access to certain areas of the branch. We expect to start the renovations by the fall of 2023 with substantial completion in the first half of 2024. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
We are committed to ensuring that our customers’ banking needs are met with the highest level of service possible, and we will do everything in our power to minimize any disruptions. Our staff is ready and available to assist you in any way possible during the renovation process.
