
System Upgrade
At First Exchange Bank, we are committed to continually improving our systems to better serve you. To ensure we meet this commitment, we will be conducting a system upgrade starting Friday, April 25, 2025, and continue through Monday, April 28, 2025.
Although we’ve made efforts to limit interruptions, we want to inform you about some temporary impacts to our services:
- All First Exchange Bank offices will be closed on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
- Online and Mobile Banking will unavailable from 6:00 pm on Friday, April 25, 2025, until the morning of Monday, April 28, 2025.
- Telephone banking services will be unavailable from 6:00 pm Friday, April 25, 2025 until the morning of Monday, April 28, 2025.
- Beginning in early April, First Exchange Bank ATMs will start the System Upgrade, which will end on April 28, 2025. During this period, access to secondary accounts, PIN changes, and balance inquiries will be unavailable. The White Hall ATM will also not accept deposits during this period. Management will provide a more definitive schedule closer to the upgrade on this webpage.
- Due to the System Upgrade, customers will receive two statements during this statement cycle:
- One statement will cover the beginning of your statement cycle through April 25, 2025.
- A second statement will cover April 26, 2025, through the remainder of the statement cycle.
- Statement cycles will be adjusted after the System Upgrade. Please see a member of the bank staff if you have specific questions on your statement cycle after April 25, 2025.
All normal business operations will resume Monday, April 28th, 2025.
