System Upgrade

At First Exchange Bank, we are committed to continually improving our systems to better serve you. To ensure we meet this commitment, we will be conducting a system upgrade starting Friday, April 25, 2025, and continue through Monday, April 28, 2025.

Although we’ve made efforts to limit interruptions, we want to inform you about some temporary impacts to our services:

  • One statement will cover the beginning of your statement cycle through April 25, 2025.
  • A second statement will cover April 26, 2025, through the remainder of the statement cycle.
  • Statement cycles will be adjusted after the System Upgrade. Please see a member of the bank staff if you have specific questions on your statement cycle after April 25, 2025.

All normal business operations will resume Monday, April 28th, 2025.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance your banking experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your local First Exchange Bank office.
